A number of local residents have gathered near the town square to protest that their local government still doesn't control the weather.
"In this day and age we should have a light switch that controls the rain. Think about it. Everybody would be more happy. Farmers would be happy because their crops would get the exact amount of rain necessary to grow giant fruits and vegetables," said local resident John Morris, "And we wouldn't have to deal with the flooding that results from lots of rain."
