A local child was severely attacked by a downtown condominium early Sunday morning. The boy was reportedly walking to church with his parents when the attack occurred. According to several bystanders, the condominium formed "pincer-like arms" and swung them out towards the family as they walked on the sidewalk in front of the condo.
