Doctor Claims Executed Man Dead

Executed killer Christopher Newton might have suffered the same fate as his victim -- suffocation. At least that's how the Southern Ohio Correctional facility's on-staff doctor sees it. Newton, 37, was executed last week for the beating and strangulation death of his former cellmate Jason Brewer. "Newton experienced the pain of suffocation before he died.
